Anyone who would like advice and guidance on handling changes at work, or managers who feel they would benefit from considering change from a team-member’s perspective.

• Understanding strength of feeling toward change
• Developing strategies for accepting the need to change & handling uncertainty
• Getting empowered - contributing to thinking/plans
• Maintaining motivation during times of change
• Keeping sane and healthy during change
Upon leaving the programme participants should be able to:
•Understand typical reactions to change
•Identify action steps that can assist during in each stage of the change transition curve
•Describe action steps to maintain motivation during periods of change
•Help generate ideas that can contribute to the change
•Describe how they might strengthen their resilience and build a positive mindset
