Visit Day 21st August

The University held its' 6th annual Visit Day on Wednesday 21st August. This year saw a record number of over 5,000 visitors to the campus.

Campus welcomed visitors from all around the country, as well as many from Europe and further afield. Practical information such as student finance, applying to University and Lancaster's many opportunities to study abroad were covered in presentations that ran throughout the day.

Prospective students also had the opportunity to speak directly with tutors. There were even presentations specifically for parents on University life. The dedication from all members of staff were acknowledged by many of the visitors who commented on the friendliness of all staff and students.

The University wishes to thank everyone involved for making the day such a huge success.
