Anthony Hesketh wins international HR award
Dr Anthony Hesketh has won the HRO Association's 'Thought Leader of the Year' award. The HROA is a global association representing the human resources outsourcing industry. The awards were unveiled at the HROA's World Summit Europe event in London on 18 November.
The awards honour thought leadership and relationships, demonstrating overall contributions that have helped expand the horizons for accomplishment in HR outsourcing.
Dr Hesketh's citation for the award says:
“Anthony Hesketh is one of the UK’s leading authorities on HR resourcing. He researches and consults with some of the world’s leading organisations on outsourcing, human capital management and its measurement, and is also an expert on talent management.
“On top of writing a series of thought-provoking articles in the area of HR performance and linkage to outsourcing, he has researched, designed and introduced the ROIT (return on investment in talent). This is a concept which will enable HR executives to bring even more to the table to have meaningful and business-focused discussions on the return on investment on people.
“In addition, Anthony has put time, thought leadership and passion in delivering the HRBR to the global HR community.”
